INBRE funded UW-Casper undergraduate student wins award at regional parasitology conference

A University of Wyoming at Casper Undergraduate INBRE Transition Scholar won the Datus Hammond Outstanding Undergraduate Oral Presentation Award at the 44th Annual meeting of the Rocky Mountain Conference of Parasitologists held at the University of Nebraska- Lincoln Cedar Point Biological Research Station in Ogallala, Nebraska September 5-7.  Delina Barbosa's INBRE supported research in the laboratory of Dr. Scott Seville in the Department of Zoology and Physiology was presented in the paper titled "A POTENTIAL NEW EIMERIA SPECIES (APICOMPLEXA: EIMERIIDAE) IN PEROGNATHUS FASCIATUS (RODENTIA: HETEROMYIDAE) FROM WYOMING."
